For past twenty years, I have seen the negative impacts in the muslim communities around the world for not adhering to the simple concept of tayyibaat.
At the same time, I have seen the metabolic, mental as well as behavioral health benefits in muslims and non muslims alike for consuming tayyibaat.
However, the concept of tayyibaat is much deeper in the Quran and extends beyond consuming halal or tayyib food.
